Western Kentucky University’s men’s basketball team is set to host an exhibition matchup against Indiana on October 25 at the Ford Center in Evansville, Indiana. The game is slated to tip off at 3 p.m. Central Time, marking the first public appearance of the 2026‑27 roster.
A Revamped Roster
The Hilltoppers return five experienced guards who helped shape last season’s offense. Teagan Moore led the squad with an average of 18.7 points per game, while Armelo Boone contributed 10.9 points and 6.1 rebounds as a freshman. LJ Hackman added 8.5 points and 2.9 rebounds, and the returning core also includes Kade Unseld and Lawson Rice.
Adding to the depth, eight newcomers will join the program, bringing fresh talent that coach Sharron Young hopes will complement the established backcourt.
Ticket Details
Season tickets become available at the Ford Center box office on June 26, with prices beginning at $75 per seat. Priority I tickets are priced at $300, Priority II at $250, and Priority III at $200, offering fans a range of options for the upcoming season.
With a blend of proven veterans and promising newcomers, the Hilltoppers aim to build momentum heading into the new campaign, and the exhibition against Indiana serves as a crucial test before the official schedule begins.
