A season that put the Upstate on the map
The South Carolina High School League recently unveiled its 2026 All‑Upstate baseball selections, recognizing the elite players from the Greenville, Spartanburg and Anderson corridors. The honor roll reflects a blend of in‑season observations, coach and scout feedback, and statistical performance, underscoring the depth of talent across the region.
Carson Bolemon of Southside Christian was crowned the 2026 All‑Upstate player of the year after guiding his squad to the Class 4A state championship. He finished the season with a 7‑0 record and a 0.17 ERA, numbers that have already positioned him as a likely first‑round prospect in the upcoming MLB draft.
