A Record‑Breaking Honor Roll
The Stevens Institute of Technology Athletic Department has announced that a total of 445 student‑athletes earned placement on the Winter and Spring Middle Atlantic Conference Honor Roll, recognizing those who achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher during the respective terms. Of those, 258 were honored for their spring term performance and 187 for their winter term achievements.
Across the entire conference, 4,274 athletes were acknowledged this season, with 750 earning an unblemished 4.0 GPA during the Spring 2026 semester, underscoring the league’s emphasis on academic rigor.
Particular sports saw notable representation: the university’s men’s swimming squad, known as the Ducks, comprised twenty percent of the conference’s swimming honorees, while the men’s lacrosse and wrestling teams accounted for nearly sixteen and just over sixteen percent of their respective sport’s honor rolls.
These figures reflect a broader institutional commitment to integrating athletic competition with scholarly achievement, a balance that Stevens cultivates within its Hoboken, New Jersey campus.
