Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) has released its 2026 women's soccer schedule, a slate that blends early‑season road challenges with a home debut that promises to energize the campus crowd.
Road tests and homecoming
The season will open with two consecutive away fixtures, beginning at Suffolk University in Massachusetts before heading to Drew University in New Jersey, giving the team a chance to test its early form against non‑conference opponents.
RPI’s first home game is slated for September 6 against Mount Holyoke College, and the match marks the start of a three‑game home stretch that will see the Engineers face off against additional regional rivals before the calendar turns to later dates.
After the home opener, the Engineers will travel to face State University of New York at New Paltz on September 16, then head to SUNY Plattsburgh and Russell Sage College as part of a compact non‑conference stretch that tests depth and endurance.
The Liberty League portion of the schedule kicks off on September 29 when RPI visits the Rochester Institute of Technology, marking the start of conference play that will run through the fall.
