Nine alumni highlight a camp that will lead into the inaugural World Collegiate Baseball Championship in Taiwan

USA Baseball has unveiled the roster for the 2026 Collegiate National Team Training Camp, a program that will feature exhibition games and the Stars vs. Stripes series running from June 27 through July 4 across North Carolina and Virginia.

Following the camp, the selected players will travel to Taiwan to compete in the inaugural World Collegiate Baseball Championship scheduled for July 11‑15.

The camp’s lineup includes nine alumni of USA Baseball, with Mississippi State topping the list of schools contributing four players, while the Southeastern Conference contributes a total of 24 athletes.

Dan Hartleb will serve as manager of the Stars Team, while Rick Eckstein will guide the Stripes squad, both supported by a coaching staff and advisor Mike Scioscia.

The initiative underscores USA Baseball’s effort to blend experience and emerging talent ahead of an international showcase that promises to highlight the growing depth of collegiate baseball in the United States.
