The Nashville Predators have unveiled their 2026 preseason schedule, confirming a four‑game slate that will see the club travel to face the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Carolina Hurricanes, while also hosting a pair of contests at home.
A September to remember
The action kicks off on September 20, when the Predators open the exhibition season on the road against the Lightning. Two days later, they return to Bridgestone Arena for a home matchup on September 22, and then head back to the ice for a second game against the Hurricanes on September 24.
The preseason will conclude with back‑to‑back games versus the Hurricanes on September 24 and September 26, providing the team with a final tune‑up before the regular season begins.
Earlier in the month, the organization will host its 2026 Rookie Camp starting September 11 in Nashville, followed by a tournament in North Carolina from September 13‑14, and a full‑scale training camp commencing September 16.
The schedule was coordinated in part by Chris MacFarland, a senior executive in the Predators’ front office, underscoring the organization’s attention to detail as it gears up for the new season.
