The Three Rivers League unveiled its 2026 all‑league baseball selections, highlighting standout performances across the conference.
Player of the Year and Pitcher of the Year
Jaden Tragesser of Lakeridge was crowned Player of the Year while Trenton Hertzog of Tualatin captured Pitcher of the Year, underscoring their dominant roles in the season.
Coach Jake Austin of Tualatin earned Coach of the Year, reflecting his guidance as multiple players earned first‑team honors.
The first team infield included Ryan Hemsley, Hank Curdy, Mehki Pressley, Zach Baker and Kellan Sheldon at first base, while outfielders such as Tyler Holmes, Calen Simonelic, Andrew Ha, Caden Klouda and Hunter Grubb completed the lineup.
Catchers Gavin Thaut and Graham Bayless anchored the defense, and the pitching staff featured Jack Frishman, Trenton Hertzog, Merik Adler and Ethan Chan, with Parker McCormack added as a relief specialist.
Trenton Hertzog also earned a utility spot on the first team, and Kell VanDeHey from Lake Oswego was named designated hitter.
The second team showcased a deep pool of talent, with infielders Ryder Lemm, Owen Hagerman, Caden Gerritz, Sloan Baker, Iden Rule, Brogan Burgard, Ryan Frye and Kye Leenders joining catcher Braden Robinson.
Pitchers Kell VanDeHey, Ben Fong, Jackson Ashley and Beckett Heher led the rotation, while Landon Hartman served as relief pitcher. Designated hitter Mike Sorenson represented the second team’s offensive threat.
Honorable mentions rounded out the recognition, with infielders Cohen Bissell, Ellis Bayne and Andrew Hergert, outfielders Hudson Amerding, Derek McFarland, Carson Doblie and Jackson Ashley, catchers Dane Boyle and Carsten Lemon, pitchers Caden Klouda, Cooper Berta, Jonny King, Shane Haddad Jr., Audie Stroum and Dougie Jewett, and designated hitter Rylan Metz from Lakeridge.
The league celebrated the breadth of talent across its schools, from Lakeridge to West Linn, and looked forward to next season’s competition.
