EA Sports has just rolled out the player ratings for its upcoming College Football 27 title, giving fans a first look at how the Florida Gators stack up in the digital arena.
At the top of the list, sophomore Jadan Baugh leads the Gators with an overall rating of 91, while junior Eric Singleton Jr. follows closely at 90, signaling a strong offensive core.
A fresh rating system
On the defensive side, linebacker Bryce Thornton holds the highest defensive rating at 87, with fellow linebacker Myles Graham close behind at 85, and defensive end Kamran James rounding out the trio at 84.
The initial release deliberately left out true freshmen, and several upperclassmen such as TJ Dice Jr. and Kahleil Jackson were also absent from the early rankings.
Season outlook
Fans who pre‑order the Deluxe Edition or the MVP Bundle will get early access starting July 6, ahead of the full launch on July 9. The ratings suggest that the Gators enter the virtual season with a balanced mix of proven veterans and emerging talent, setting the stage for competitive matchups when the game finally hits consoles.
