Poudre School District (PSD) and Colorado State University (CSU) have announced a multi‑year partnership that will bring a growing lineup of high school sports to the CSU campus, creating a unique venue for local athletes to compete in front of larger audiences.
The initiative, known as the PSD Campus Series, will debut with volleyball in September at Moby Arena, where the new Moby Rise and Rally format will make its first appearance. Later in December, a full day of basketball will be staged at the same venue, while the Canvas Community Classic football event will expand to include teams from Loveland and Windsor. In addition, the Moby Mat Madness wrestling tournament will return for its second year, continuing a tradition that began last season.
Brandon Carlucci, PSD’s athletic director, expressed gratitude for CSU’s collaboration, emphasizing that the series is designed to give students a platform to showcase their abilities and to foster community pride through sport.
Campus Series Set to Elevate Local Sports
Officials have already released the schedule and pairings for the upcoming events, confirming dates, matchups and logistics. The expanded football component will feature additional schools from the Loveland and Windsor regions, broadening participation across the Front Range.
Beyond the competitions, the partnership aims to integrate the events into CSU’s broader outreach efforts, offering students and families a chance to experience college facilities while highlighting the region’s athletic talent. The collaboration underscores a commitment to community engagement and the development of future sports leaders.
