A Summer of Baseball
The Little League Baseball District 19 tournament is slated to start toward the end of June, bringing together teams from across the region in a race for the Section 3 Tournament.
Games are set for June 27 and June 29, with championship matchups scheduled for July 9 and, if necessary, July 11. The champion will advance to the Section 3 Tournament on July 17 at Toms River Little League.
Teams and Tradition
Among the contenders is the Lincroft 12U squad, the current District 19 champions, who will look to repeat their success and secure a spot in the next round. Participating communities include Two River East, Shore, Eatontown, Middletown, Freehold Township, Tinton Falls, Lincroft and Two Rivers West, underscoring the tournament’s broad local support.
