Beth Greenwood Makes History in Inaugural Women’s Professional Baseball League
Beth Greenwood, a University of Rochester graduate, is set to make history as part of the inaugural season of the Women’s Professional Baseball League (WPBL). Selected by the Boston Hunters, she will play catcher and serve as Director of Baseball Development at Baseball For All, while the league prepares to launch its first games in Springfield, Illinois, on August 1.
