USL Long Island Set to Launch in 2028, Aiming to Strengthen Local Soccer Community
A new professional men’s soccer team will debut in March 2028 at Hofstra’s Shuart Stadium, backed by World Cup champion Sara Whalen Hess and SUSA FC CEO Glenn Schneider, with a mission to integrate the sport into Long Island’s community.
