2026 All-BCR Baseball Team Selections
The 2026 All-BCR Baseball Team has been announced, recognizing the standout performers from schools across the region. The selections span first and second teams as well as honorable mentions, reflecting a deep pool of talent in this year’s crop of high school players.
Among the first-team honorees, Maks Baker of St. Bede emerged as a sophomore powerhouse, capturing the BCR Triple Crown with a .433 batting average, 45 RBIs and four home runs. Luke Bryant from Hall earned a unanimous Three Rivers East All-Conference nod after posting a 6-3 record and striking out 56 batters, while Gino Ferrari of St. Bede led the team with a 2.14 ERA and 59 strikeouts.
Senior second baseman Gus Burr, also from St. Bede, batted .431 with 18 RBIs despite playing through a hamstring injury, and Braden Curran of Hall posted a .351 average with 26 RBIs, earning a commitment to Augustana College for the next chapter of his career.
Other notable first-team selections include Geno Dinges of St. Bede, who batted .364 with 33 runs and 28 RBIs and was named first-team Tri-County All-Conference, and Ryan Jagers from Princeton, who posted a 3.48 ERA with 48 strikeouts and received unanimous Three Rivers East honors.
The second team and honorable mention lists also feature impressive performances. Logan Philhower of Bureau Valley set a school ERA record of 0.84 with 89 strikeouts while batting .361, and Jaxson Pinter of Hall contributed a .286 average with 28 RBIs. Greyson Bickett, a senior from Hall, batted .304 and stole an area-high 42 bases, earning second-team Three Rivers East honors.
Additional standouts such as Noah Plym, Ranbir Saini, Drake Taylor and Blake Foster round out the roster with solid contributions in both pitching and hitting, underscoring the breadth of talent across the conference.
With several players committing to collegiate programs, including Braden Curran’s decision to join Augustana College, the 2026 All-BCR team not only celebrates this season’s achievements but also signals a promising future for these athletes at the next level.
