The 2026 All-Greater Savannah Baseball team has been unveiled, spotlighting the Coastal Empire's most promising high school talent as the region prepares for its annual Sports Awards Show. The first‑team selections will be celebrated on June 5th at the Savannah Convention Center, where the Player of the Year will also be announced.
Standout Performances
Benedictine's Omari Burse emerged as an offensive powerhouse, guiding his Cadets to the state semifinals with a decisive victory over Cambridge. He finished the season batting .482, smashing 18 doubles, nine homers, driving in 61 runs and adding 49 RBIs while also stealing 20 bases.
Savannah Christian's Chase Boyer captured the Region 3A Division I Player of the Year after a season that featured a .462 average and a 1.418 OPS. His production included 10 doubles, a triple, 10 homers, 56 RBIs and 36 runs, helping the Raiders secure a region title.
Benedictine's Noah Harris earned co‑player and co‑pitcher of the year honors in Region 1‑4A. He posted a .492 average with an OPS of 1.245, notching 11 doubles, three homers, 44 RBIs and 15 stolen bases, while also delivering strong performances on the mound.
Coaching Excellence
Benedictine's Jason Pascual was honored as the All‑Greater Savannah Coach of the Year. His leadership helped the Cadets navigate a demanding schedule and reach the state semifinals, underscoring the impact of strategic guidance on the team's success.
