The 2026 HighSchoolOT All‑State Girls Basketball Team has been unveiled, spotlighting 24 elite seniors who have earned the league’s top honors.
The selections were made by the four largest athletic associations in North Carolina, ensuring that only players from those schools are considered, and the announcement was presented by Talk It Out NC and First Carolina Bank.
The roster is divided into first, second and third teams, each containing fifteen athletes, while an additional honorable mention list includes thirty more players whose contributions were also noteworthy.
Among the honorees, three athletes repeat on the first team, and Kesley Rhyne stands out as a four‑time selection. Ten players achieve three‑time status, including Kyndoll English and Jaidiah Blake, while twenty‑four earn two‑time recognition such as Shaniya Paylor and JaKaila Gaskin.
Each player’s season averages in points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks are detailed, along with the colleges they will join next year, ranging from Georgia Tech and Princeton to Hawaii and Navy.
