A Community-Driven Fundraiser
On June 14, a 3-on-3 basketball tournament will bring together players and supporters in Ohio to raise money for the Patrick Minno Foundation, created in memory of the late Patrick Minno who died of esophageal cancer a year ago.
The foundation’s mission is to assist students who have faced significant adversities, providing them with resources and opportunities to overcome challenges in their lives.
The event will be held at the Community Literacy Workforce and Cultural Center, a venue that has partnered with local organizers to host the competition.
Teams can register for $80 each, with the deadline set for Friday, June 5, ensuring ample time for participants to secure their spots.
The tournament is open to participants from third grade and up, allowing a broad range of young athletes to compete in a supportive environment.
Organizers hope the fundraiser will generate sufficient donations to expand programs that mentor and empower at-risk youth throughout the region.
