Philo completed 16 of 21 passes for 275 yards, three touchdown passes and added a rushing score, while opening the game with a flawless 7‑for‑7 series that included two scores, one of which was a 49‑yard strike to Vernell Brown III.
He also connected with former Georgia Tech teammate Bailey Stockton on a 12‑yard touchdown and delivered his most impressive throw, a 63‑yard pass to TJ Abrams, before capping the night with a 10‑yard touchdown to Duke Clark.
