Honorable Mentions Shine for Alamosa Soccer
The Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA) unveiled its Class 3A All-State girls soccer selections last week, recognizing top performers from across the state.
Among the honorees were two seniors from Alamosa High School, Araceli Molina and Jayden Wubben, who earned honorable mention accolades for their contributions on the field.
Molina, a forward, finished the season with nine goals and seven assists, showcasing a blend of scoring prowess and playmaking ability that helped the Mean Moose secure eight victories.
Wubben, also a forward, contributed 12 goals and added ten assists, underscoring her dual threat as a scorer and creator.
The Mean Moose concluded the campaign with an eight‑six‑one record, a performance that propelled the team into the second round of the Class 3A State Tournament.
