All‑Greater Rochester Flag Football Team Unveiled
The 2026 All‑Greater Rochester Flag Football Team has been revealed, showcasing the region’s most dynamic players across high school programs.
Emma Rascoe of Webster Schroeder captured the top honor as Player of the Year after amassing 4,729 all‑purpose yards and 78 touchdowns, a combination of passing and rushing that set a new standard.
Joining her on the first team are standouts such as Gianna Ciavarri from Penfield, who contributed two pick‑six touchdowns and 44 flag pulls, and Bailey Cook of Wayne, who recorded 38 flag pulls behind the line of scrimmage.
Other notable contributors include Alyssa Cowart of Eastridge, who returned from injury to add 869 yards and 11 scores, and Alexa Cummings of Victor, who posted over 1,600 rushing yards.
The roster also features players like Paige Dean of Hilton, who logged more than 2,000 total yards with 19 rushing and 15 passing touchdowns, and Jazzy Ealey of Webster Thomas, who amassed 44 flag pulls for loss of yardage.
Additional names on the list include Mariah Elliott of Churchville Chili, who reached 435 career flag pulls, and Kylie Gregory of Webster Thomas, who combined 1,220 yards with 15 touchdowns.
Coach of the Year Cody Foster from Penfield was recognized for his leadership, while the team’s depth extends to athletes such as Sadie O’Neill of Eastridge, who added nine rushing touchdowns and 13 conversion runs.
The announcement also highlights performers like Ajaya Orr of Aquinas, who threw for over 2,000 yards and 27 touchdowns against just 12 interceptions, and Sophia Puccia of Penfield, who contributed 2,011 passing yards and 1,258 rushing yards for the Section V Class A champions.
With a blend of experience and emerging talent, the 2026 squad reflects the growing competitiveness of flag football in the Rochester area, a sport that continues to expand its footprint across schools and communities.
