The All-Ski Valley Conference has released its baseball honors, acknowledging a remarkable group of athletes from schools across Cheboygan County and the surrounding region.
First Team Selections
The first team features Inland Lakes seniors Ty Kolly, Cash DePauw and Wyatt Hanel, alongside Onaway sophomore Brody George, each of whom contributed key performances that helped shape their squads' successes.
Second Team and Honorable Mentions
The second team includes Zach Schmoldt and Casey Kindt from Onaway, Gus Carper and Andre Bradford from Inland Lakes, and Brett Bonter from Pellston, while honorable mentions were awarded to Collin Maves, Keagan Beyer, Isaac Groff and Ethan Hickman from Inland Lakes, Gaylord St. Mary, East Jordan, Pellston and Forest Area. The conference also recognized a host of additional standouts, including Jayden Lanning, Heath Bradley, Tyler Schumaker, Brady Wilson, Cal Royce, Tanner Basinski, Logan Greenier, Charlie Cameron, Jackson Bennett, Kelson Schultz, Jackson Veiner, Brayden Russell, Max Beal, Lucas Keller, Tucker Molski, Lucas Greenier, Sam Kuzinicki, Quintyn Russell, Griffin Boyer, Aiden Belko, Luke Smith, Peyton Basinski, Cash Cunningham, Jason Kline, Riley Shafer, Brady Roggenbeck, Bryce Bordoni, and Brody Smith, underscoring the depth of talent across the valley.
Ryan Naumcheff from Mancelona was named the Ski Valley’s 2026 baseball player of the year, capping a season that saw him excel both at the plate and in the field, and his achievement reflects the overall competitiveness of the conference.
