First‑year forward Chase Coughlin, a Toronto native, arrives after four seasons with the Sudbury Wolves of the Ontario Hockey League. There, he led his team in penalty minutes with 92 and ranked seventh in scoring with 33 points, a combination of physical play and offensive contribution that the Americans hope to translate to the professional stage.
Joining him is centre Cal Uens, who spent the previous campaign with the Quebec Remparts in the Quebec Maritime Junior Hockey League. Uens posted 49 points in 63 games and contributed 54 penalty minutes, showcasing both offensive upside and a willingness to defend his teammates.
