2026 Development Camp Overview
The Anaheim Ducks have confirmed that their 2026 Development Camp will run from June 29 through July 1 at the Great Park Ice & FivePoint Arena in Irvine, California. The three‑day event is designed to give the organization a comprehensive look at the season’s top prospects.
This year’s camp will host 29 players, comprising 17 forwards, nine defensemen and three goaltenders, all of whom have earned invites based on their draft rankings and early‑season performances.
Among the invitees are highly anticipated selections such as forward Nikita Klepov, who was chosen 15th overall in the 2026 draft, defenseman Marcus Nordmark (28th overall) and forward Roger McQueen, the 10th overall pick from the 2025 draft.
The roster also features special guests Damian Clara, Italy’s starting goaltender at the 2026 Olympic Winter Games, and Maxim Masse, the Canadian Hockey League Player of the Year, adding an extra layer of experience to the on‑ice work.
Camp activities blend on‑ice evaluations with off‑ice physical testing, team‑building exercises and leadership sessions. From June 30 to July 1 the schedule leans heavily toward workouts and developmental workshops, with traditional practices and scrimmages largely omitted.
The event is open to the public and free of charge, allowing fans to observe the drills and engage with the next generation of Ducks talent.
