Head coach Angela Berry White revealed the latest move in a busy recruitment period, confirming the addition of attacking midfielder Annaliese Black to the 2026 roster. Black’s collegiate journey began at Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pennsylvania, where as a freshman she appeared in 19 matches and struck a goal on her debut. The midfielder’s promising start was interrupted by a season‑ending injury, but she has since recovered fully and is now active with RKC Third Coast FC.
From Club Roots to Program Impact
Prior to college, Black honed her skills with Kansas Rush SC and the Missouri Olympic Development Program, experiences that have shaped her tactical awareness and competitive edge. Her current stint with RKC Third Coast FC provides a platform to maintain match fitness and sharpness heading into the new campaign.
The signing marks the fourth transfer to join the program this cycle, joining Elle Blessinger, Sofia Rodriguez and Megan Swift. Together, the newcomers are expected to bolster depth across midfield and attack, offering the coaching staff versatile options as the roster takes shape.
