Antwan Jackson Commits to Ole Miss, Elevating 2027 Recruiting Class

The four‑star defensive lineman from White Station chooses Ole Miss over Alabama and Missouri, joining a growing cohort of Memphis talent.

Antwan Jackson, a four‑star defensive lineman from White Station, has officially committed to the University of Mississippi, turning down interest from Alabama and Missouri.

Ranked No. 16 in Tennessee and No. 33 among edge rushers nationally, Jackson chose Ole Miss over the Crimson Tide and the Tigers, a decision highlighted by the Rebels’ early Oct. 3, 2025 offer that made them the first Power Five program to reach out.

A Recruiting Milestone

The 2025 season produced a standout statistical line — 46 total tackles, 13 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks, three forced fumbles and one interception — that propelled Jackson to 23 scholarship offers.

His pledge brings the total to twenty commits in Pete Golding’s 2027 class, joining fellow Memphis‑area recruits Antonio Keefer and Jamarkus Pittman, and underscores the Rebels’ growing influence in the state.

The White Station squad will open the 2026 TSSAA season on Aug. 21 against Bolton, providing Jackson a final high‑school showcase before his arrival in Oxford.
