Governors Gear Up for a Vibrant 2026 Home Season
The Austin Peay State University women's soccer program unveiled its 2026 home promotional calendar, promising nine matches at Morgan Brothers Field, five of which will count toward the United Athletic Conference schedule. The campaign opens on Wednesday, August 12, with a showdown against Northern Kentucky, and admission to every game will be free for fans of all ages.
Themed Nights and Free Giveaways
Each Thursday night will be branded as ‘931 Thursday,’ a nod to the 9:31 halftime mark when supporters can claim complimentary giveaways, while Sunday afternoons will feature ‘Seltzer Sunday,’ offering a complimentary hard seltzer to patrons 21 and older.
Milestones and Community Events
Special themed evenings include Military Appreciation Night and Alzheimer’s Awareness on September 10, a 25th‑anniversary celebration combined with the conference opener on September 27, and a Halloween‑themed Socctoberfest on October 25. Youth Day will be observed on October 8, and Senior Day on October 11 will honor six graduating seniors: Caroline Palmer, Anna Drexel, Haley Lindquist, Kerigan Kivisto, Carolyne Young and Kaylee Hansen.
