Free game on November 6 invites elementary schools to experience college basketball and encourage active lifestyles

Arkansas women’s basketball head coach Kelsi Musick is organizing Elementary Day on November 6, inviting elementary schools to attend a free game at Bud Walton Arena.

Community Engagement Through Sport

The event will showcase a college basketball matchup between Arkansas and Northwestern State, with the tipoff set for 10:30 a.m. at the iconic Bud Walton Arena.

Admission is free for elementary school students, their teachers, staff and chaperones, highlighting the program’s aim to promote healthy, active lifestyles through the excitement of a live game.

The initiative follows a record‑breaking attendance of 13,032 last season, the highest in Elementary Day history and the second‑largest home crowd in Razorback women’s basketball history; schools must register their principals, teachers or homeschool leaders in advance, and detailed information on arrival times, seating and safety procedures will be sent to participants.
