The Arkansas Razorbacks men’s basketball program is set to embark on a week‑long exhibition trip to the Bahamas, where it will compete in the 2026 Baha Mar Hoops Summer League from July 29 through August 4.
The schedule calls for games on July 31 at 6 p.m. CDT, August 1 at 5 p.m. CDT, August 3 at 5 p.m. CDT and August 4 at 11 a.m. CDT, all taking place at the Baha Mar Convention, Arts and Entertainment Center.
Opponents will span the globe, featuring other college programs, international squads and Canadian university teams, though the exact pairings have yet to be released.
Building Chemistry on the Court
Head coach John Calipari said the tour is designed to forge chemistry among a young roster that includes returning standout Billy Richmond III and a group of highly touted freshmen such as Jordan Smith Jr., JJ Andrews, Abdou Toure, Miikka Muurinen and Jeremiah Wilkinson.
Arkansas enters the trip fresh off a 28‑9 season that culminated in a SEC Tournament championship, and the outing also marks the first opportunity for fans to glimpse the 2026‑27 squad under the new NCAA allowance for annual foreign tours.
The event underscores a broader trend of U.S. college teams seeking competitive experiences abroad, with South Carolina and Valparaiso also slated to participate in the summer league.
