Arsenal Secures Greek Forward Christos Tzolis
Arsenal confirmed on Tuesday that they have secured the services of Greek international forward Christos Tzolis on a long‑term contract, ending a protracted transfer window pursuit.
The 24‑year‑old, who has spent the last two seasons at Club Brugge, arrives after a remarkable spell in which he contributed 43 goals and 45 assists across all competitions, a tally that placed him among the most productive wingers in the Belgian top flight.
Tzolis, who has earned 34 caps for Greece, said he is eager to test himself in the Premier League, describing the move as an "amazing opportunity" to help the club fight for silverware.
A Versatile Threat on the Flank
Sporting director Andrea Berta praised the player's technical ability and versatility, noting that Tzolis can operate both as a winger and a secondary striker, providing depth to Arsenal's attacking options.
The Greek forward previously tasted English football with Norwich City, where he made 12 appearances before returning to Belgium, a stint that Berta believes will aid his adaptation to the Premier League's intensity.
