Williams arrives after a peripatetic coaching journey that includes stints as an assistant and recruiting director at Norfolk State, a post‑player development role at UNC Wilmington, and a graduate assistantship at Appalachian State. Her most recent experience at Western Carolina saw her spearheading opponent scouting and helping assemble the CAA’s top recruiting class, while earlier roles at UNC Greensboro and Long Island University honed her skills in guard development and game preparation.
