Though Hill has only 30 Cup starts to his name, he has already shown he can compete with the best, highlighted by a top‑10 finish at Pocono earlier this summer and an 18th‑place result that underscored his growing speed.
His résumé in the support series tells a different story of consistency: 16 victories and 97 top‑10 finishes in 169 O'Reilly Auto Parts Series races, plus eight wins in the NASCAR Truck Series, all of which have positioned him as a serious contender for a full‑time seat.
