Austin Peay State University's soccer program has unveiled its 2026 home promotional calendar, promising a series of fan‑focused events at Morgan Bros. Field.
A Season of Community Celebration
The Governors will play nine home matches on their familiar turf, five of which belong to the United Athletic Conference schedule. Each game will be paired with a unique theme designed to engage students, alumni and the broader Clarksville community.
The campaign kicks off on August 12, 2026, when the team hosts Northern Kentucky in the season‑opening showdown. From there, the schedule unfolds with matchups against Tennessee Tech, Indiana State and UT Martin, among other opponents.
Every Thursday night will be marked as “931 Thursday,” a nod to the 9:31 halftime mark when free giveaways will be handed out to the first fans in attendance. Sunday home games will be celebrated as “Seltzer Sunday,” offering complimentary seltzer to patrons who are 21 years of age or older.
Special nights include red‑out games that encourage supporters to dress in a single color, Military Appreciation Night honoring service members, and a Mental Health Awareness evening that promotes wellness on and off the field. Senior Day will close the regular season by recognizing six graduating seniors: Caroline Palmer, Anna Drexel, Haley Lindquist, Kerigan Kivisto, Carolyne Young and Kaylee Hansen.
Admission to every Austin Peay soccer match is free, making the experience accessible to all fans. The university invites supporters to stay connected through its X and Instagram accounts (@GovsWSOC) and to visit LetsGoPeay.com for the latest updates and behind‑the‑scenes content.
With a calendar packed with free entertainment, community outreach and school spirit, the 2026 home season promises to be a vibrant showcase of Austin Peay’s soccer culture and its deep roots in Clarksville.
