Baylor University is set to welcome the community to a vibrant kickoff celebration for the 2026 football season, offering fans an early chance to meet the players and experience the spirit of the program.
The free 'Meet the Bears' event will take place on August 22 at the Allison Indoor Practice Facility in Waco. Attendees can enjoy a host of interactive experiences, including inflatables, games, music and photo opportunities, all designed to create a festive atmosphere for families and supporters.

Doors open at 12:30 p.m., and the autograph session runs from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., giving supporters a dedicated window to collect signatures from the 2026 roster. Following the autographs, a Baylor Volleyball exhibition match will take place at 3 p.m. in the Ferrell Center, extending the day’s activities across multiple sports.
Free parking will be available in Lot D at the Ferrell Center, and staff from the Baylor Ticket Office will be on site to assist fans with seat selections for the upcoming season. The event also includes a Kids Zone featuring yard games, face painting and other child‑focused attractions, underscoring the university’s commitment to community engagement.
