Running back D'Andre Swift, who has consistently delivered top‑24 finishes and even cracked the top‑15 in four of his five seasons, is positioned at RB20 in Berry’s board, a full three spots above the consensus RB23. Berry argues that Swift’s new role in a revamped offense gives him a clear path to a career‑high touch total, making him a prime sleeper in the middle rounds.
At wide receiver, Zay Flowers shines as the biggest upside candidate. Berry ranks him WR14, well ahead of the WR18 consensus, citing his 86‑reception, 1,211‑yard breakout and the added chemistry he should enjoy in a more balanced passing attack.
Players on the Other Side of the Coin
Jordan Addison, the former first‑round pick now entering his second season, receives a WR38 slot from Berry compared with the WR45 consensus. While the Vikings’ passing scheme has been inconsistent, Addison’s previous production suggests he could outperform a late‑round designation if the offense clicks early.
Conversely, Kenneth Walker is placed at RB9, a full three spots lower than the consensus RB6. Berry’s caution stems from the Chiefs’ backfield depth and the likelihood that Walker will shoulder a heavy workload that could affect efficiency.
Wideout Tetairoa McMillan drops to WR22 from the WR17 consensus, a reflection of the Panthers’ struggling aerial attack and the uncertainty surrounding quarterback play. Berry notes that McMillan’s talent is evident, but the lack of a reliable passing game caps his ceiling.
Finally, Courtland Sutton’s WR40 ranking undercuts the WR36 consensus. With a reduced target share in 2025 and the arrival of Jaylen Waddle, Berry expects Sutton’s volume to dip, pushing him further down the draft board.
