Big 12 Media Days Return to Frisco
The 2026 Big 12 Football Media Days are set for July 7 and 8 in Frisco, Texas, where the conference will bring together all 16 member schools for a pair of days filled with press conferences, interviews and promotional activities.
Each day runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Central Time, giving fans and media ample opportunity to engage with coaches and standout players as they preview the upcoming season.
Broadcast and Streaming Details
The proceedings will be carried live on ESPNU and ESPN2, with additional coverage available through ESPN Unlimited streaming services, ensuring that viewers across multiple platforms can follow the action in real time.
On the first day, teams such as Arizona State, Baylor, BYU, UCF, Colorado, Houston, Oklahoma State and Texas Tech will take the stage, while the second day will feature Arizona, Cincinnati, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, TCU, Utah and West Virginia.
