The BIG3 basketball league is back in Detroit, staging a Week 6 doubleheader at Little Caesars Arena on July 23 that promises a clash of former NBA stars and rising talent.
In the first matchup, the Detroit Amplifiers, coached by Rick Mahorn, will host the undefeated Chicago Triplets, a team led by Montrezl Harrell, who earlier this season set a league single-game scoring record with 42 points.
The second game pits the Boston Ball Hogs, guided by Gary Payton Sr. and featuring scoring leader Jeremy Pargo, against the Los Angeles Riot, where Dwight Howard and Jordan Crawford lead the charge.
Open practice and live coverage
Fans can catch the action live on Fubo and the BIG3’s YouTube channel, while an open practice at Little Caesars Arena on July 22 from noon to 2 p.m. will offer a rare glimpse of the players and coaches in action, with select interviews available.
