Boise Baseball Coaches Honor Top Players with All-Conference Selections

The Idaho high school baseball season culminated this week with the release of all‑conference teams for the Boise area and the broader Southwest Idaho region, a selection made by coaches across the 6A, 5A, 4A and 3A divisions.

At the top of the 6A Southern Idaho Conference, Cooper Schneidt earned the distinction of Player of the Year after a standout campaign that combined a .420 batting average with 15 RBIs and a 2.10 ERA on the mound.

Christian Zannitto was recognized as Pitcher of the Year, while Matt Rasmussen received Coach of the Year honors, underscoring the depth of leadership within the conference.

The 6A first team showcased a blend of power and precision, featuring Dallin Snooks, Stephen Egan and Chris Maiocca, while the second team included Andre Weathers and Preston Wade, both of whom contributed significantly in key matchups.

In the 4A SRV Conference, Titus Vidlak captured Player of the Year, Jayden Grosdidier earned Pitcher of the Year, and Mark Vidlak was selected Coach of the Year; the first team comprised Carson Fine and Owen Baker, while the second team listed Mason Taylor and Jayden Barrera.

The 3A WIC Conference concluded its awards with Cooper Brooks named Player of the Year and Tim Reinertson taking Coach of the Year; the first team featured Pete Dice and Colter Bodily, and the second team highlighted Blayk Cockerum and Ty Martineau.
