Turchyn arrives after a distinguished stint as offensive coordinator at Gettysburg College, where he helped orchestrate one of the Centennial Conference's most potent rushing attacks. His tenure at Princeton University further honed his ability to develop quarterbacks, a skill set that was on display when he coached Andrei Iosivas, a player who later earned a spot in the NFL Draft.
Jipson brings a deep background in special teams and recruiting, having contributed to Springfield College's rise to two NEWMAC championships and an NCAA Division III Elite Eight appearance. At the University of Maine, he began his coaching journey as a student assistant, gaining early exposure to collegiate player development.
Both hires reflect Bowdoin's focus on integrating proven Division III success with the rigors of a liberal arts environment.
