Brady Colgan, a senior midfielder at Coe‑Brown, has become a familiar name on the fields of both soccer and volleyball, guiding his school to two straight New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association Division I championships.
Championship Roots
His athletic journey began in the youth ranks of Seacoast United, where he refined his footwork and tactical awareness, and continued through the rigorous New Hampshire Olympic Development Program, a pathway that propelled him onto the D‑II all‑state second team.
Beyond the scoresheet, Colgan credits his teammates for much of his growth, noting that the camaraderie forged on the court and the pitch shaped his high school experience.
A New Chapter
In the fall, he will trade high school jerseys for the UNE Nor’easters, signing to play soccer while pursuing a degree in medical biology, a combination he says reflects his long‑term ambition to blend science with sport.
When asked what he would tell his younger self, Colgan offers a simple piece of advice: work hard, stay curious, and never underestimate the value of a supportive team.
Off the field, his sporting idol remains Cristiano Ronaldo, whose relentless goal‑scoring record and disciplined work ethic continue to inspire Colgan’s own approach to the game.
