Brady Sheffield, the architect of Lyme-Old Lyme’s first CIAC championship in 2024, announced his departure from the Wildcats to pursue a full-time position at the collegiate level.
After guiding the team to back-to-back Shoreline Conference titles and a runner-up finish in the Division V bracket the following year, Sheffield accepted an assistant role at Division III Mitchell College, where he will work under head coach Todd Peretz in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference.

Eddie Fiske, a two-time Shoreline Conference Player of the Year, chose to transfer elsewhere, leaving a void in the scoring department but also opening opportunities for emerging contributors.
