Brayden Beauregard, a senior at Concord High School, has become a household name in New Hampshire sports after delivering standout performances in both lacrosse and ice hockey.
A Dual‑Sport Star
On the lacrosse field he reached the 200‑goal milestone and earned a Division I all‑state second‑team nod, while his leadership helped the boys hockey squad capture a first‑team all‑state selection.
Teammates recall his steady presence in the locker room, from his freshman debut to his senior year, and his habit of listening to the same pregame playlist and dressing in a set order, rituals that he says sharpen his focus.
Looking Forward
After graduation Beauregard plans to attend lineman school and pursue a career as an electrical lineworker, a path that will take him to a warmer climate where he hopes to apply the same teamwork and perseverance that defined his high school teams.
His advice to younger athletes is simple: push through every challenge and never give up on your goals.
