Brent Owen Basketball Camps Return to Lenoir‑Rhyne This Summer

Three distinct programs aim to sharpen skills for young athletes across North Carolina

Summer Sessions at Lenoir‑Rhyne

The university’s Brent Owen Basketball Camps will run throughout the summer, providing a structured environment for children from kindergarten through eighth grade to develop fundamental skills and a love for the game.

Youth Camp 1 takes place from June 1 to June 4, while Youth Camp 2 follows from July 20 to July 23, each offering full‑day sessions from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for participants in kindergarten through eighth grade.

A third option, the Shoot, Pass, Dribble Camp, is scheduled for June 15‑18 and runs from 9 a.m. to noon, targeting fifth‑ through eighth‑graders who want focused instruction on core offensive techniques.

Costs are set at $210 for a full‑day slot and $140 for a half‑day, with a $50 reduction for those who enroll in two camps and a $150 discount for a complete three‑camp registration.

Every camper leaves with a commemorative t‑shirt and a basketball, reinforcing the university’s commitment to both education and community outreach.
