The Indianapolis Motor Speedway will host a comprehensive NASCAR weekend that begins on Friday night and stretches through Sunday, offering fans a rare concentration of national series competition in a single city.
A packed on‑track agenda
All three of NASCAR’s premier divisions – the Cup Series, the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series and the CRAFTSMAN Truck Series – will be on the schedule, each participating in practice, qualifying and a feature event. The centerpiece, the Brickyard 400, is a 160‑lap, 400‑mile race set to start at 2 p.m. Eastern Time on Sunday.
The weekend opens with the CRAFTSMAN Truck Series’ TSport 200 on Friday evening at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, where the green flag drops at 8 p.m. ET. The following day, the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series runs the Pennzoil 250, a 100‑lap, 250‑mile contest that begins at 4 p.m. ET on the same speedway that will later host the Brickyard 400.
Live coverage of the Brickyard 400 will be split between TNT and the streaming platform HBO Max, while the Pennzoil 250 finds a home on The CW and its free CW App. The TSport 200 can be viewed on FS1 and streamed through the Fox Sports app and Fox.com. Fans who prefer over‑the‑top services can also access the action via YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV or DirecTV Stream, which carry TNT and truTV in many markets.
Drivers such as Denny Hamlin, Kyle Larson and William Byron are expected to be among the competitors, adding star power to a weekend that blends traditional racing heritage with modern viewing options.
