Bristol Motor Speedway to Honor Kyle Busch with Lap 18 Tribute at Night Race

Fans will receive commemorative yellow towels bearing Busch’s signature, M&M’s branding and the Bundle of Joy Fund logo as the track celebrates his legacy.

Honoring a Racing Icon

The 2026 Bass Pro Shops Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway will include a special Lap 18 tribute to Kyle Busch, spotlighting the driver’s storied history with the track and marking the date of September 19 as a focal point for fans.

Attendees will be handed yellow towels that display Busch’s autograph, the iconic M&M’s color scheme and the logo of the Samantha and Kyle Busch Bundle of Joy Fund, linking the celebration to a charitable cause that supports families pursuing IVF.

Joe Gibbs Racing will also unveil a mosaic paint design on Ty Gibbs’ No. 54 Toyota, weaving together moments from Busch’s career into a visual narrative that will run throughout the event.

Busch’s record of 23 national‑series victories at Bristol, including nine wins in the Cup Series, and his unique achievement of sweeping all three NASCAR divisions in a single weekend in both 2010 and 2017, form the backbone of the tribute.

The homage extends beyond the track, supporting the Bundle of Joy Fund, which assists families facing financial hurdles in accessing fertility treatments, reflecting Busch’s off‑track commitments.

Jerry Caldwell, president and general manager of Bristol Motor Speedway, said the tribute is meant to honor Busch’s legacy while giving fans a memorable experience that blends racing history with community outreach.
