Deutsch graduated from Islip High School with an Advanced Regents Diploma, reflecting his academic rigor and leadership.

A Legacy of Service
Livio D’Arpino, after whom the scholarship is named, served as an influential vice president of Eastern New York Youth Soccer before his passing in 2002.
He will pursue a degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Central Florida, continuing his academic journey.
