Denver’s uniforms draw directly from the 1990s Orange Crush era, featuring oversized white numerals trimmed in Legacy Blue and an orange helmet adorned with a Legacy Blue shell, a white ‘D’ logo and vertical orange striping. The design also includes white facemasks and a distinctive stripe pattern that recalls the team’s iconic look during that decade.
Seattle’s throwback kit returns to the royal blue palette that dominated the franchise’s early years, when the team competed directly against Denver for division titles. The jerseys echo the visual language of those classic battles, reinforcing the nostalgic connection between the two clubs.
The Broncos have turned their throwback games into a winning streak, improving to 5‑0 since the uniforms debuted as part of the Mile High Collection earlier this year. The team’s 5‑0 record in the alternate jerseys has added a symbolic layer to the upcoming contest, suggesting that the nostalgic apparel may carry a psychological edge.
Beyond the October 15 game, the Broncos have been cleared to wear alternate versions of these throwback designs up to three more times during the 2026 season, giving the club flexibility to incorporate the retro aesthetic into future prime‑time slots.
