Tibaldi arrives as a seasoned video and player‑development specialist, having built his career across the NBA, the G League and several college programs.
A Blend of Experience and Innovation
During his most recent stint, Tibaldi served as an assistant coach at Providence College, where he contributed to the team’s strategic planning and player growth.
Prior to that, he spent six years within the Cleveland Cavaliers organization, where he honed his expertise in player evaluation and skill development.
His background also includes stints with other NBA franchises and collegiate programs, giving him a broad perspective on modern basketball trends.
