The recruit spent his most recent club season with the NY Rens, where he competed at the Nike EYBL Peach Jam and posted averages of 6.7 points, 9.8 rebounds and two blocks per game. Prior to that, he honed his game in the Overtime Elite circuit, giving him a unique blend of experience against top‑level competition.
During the Peach Jam event he logged 6.7 points, 9.8 rebounds and two blocks per game, while his season‑long numbers sit at 10.1 points, 9.3 rebounds and two blocks per game with a 60 percent field‑goal percentage. ESPN rates him as a 4‑star recruit, the No. 5 center and No. 43 overall prospect in the 2027 class.
Ourigou said his decision was driven by fit and family, ultimately choosing Arkansas over Kentucky Wildcats, BYU Cougars and Connecticut Huskies, all of which had pursued him aggressively.
