Fresh Faces Make Immediate Impact
From the outset, the Tar Heels asserted control, with Hope Munson finding the net in the fourth minute after a precise pass from Lilliah Blum, marking Munson's first collegiate goal and setting an early tone.
The match also introduced eight freshmen to collegiate play, among them Munson, Bella Devey and Summer Denigan, who each contributed to the offense.
