Daniel Harke, a senior at Cheboygan High School, found his athletic path abruptly redirected when the school's varsity football program was canceled early in the season. Rather than stay on the sidelines, he answered a call from teammate Landon Tebo, who was scouting for a reliable goalkeeper for the soccer squad.
