Chipotle is turning the excitement of the World Cup into a tasty incentive for soccer fans across North America.
A goal‑scoring deal for food lovers
Starting this Thursday at 3 p.m. local time, the fast‑casual chain will roll out a buy‑one‑get‑one offer aimed squarely at supporters of the beautiful game.
To cash in, patrons must be wearing a soccer jersey, and the free entrée can be any regular menu item, though kids’ meals are excluded from the count.
The promotion is limited to dine‑in customers at participating Chipotle restaurants in the United States and Canada, with a ceiling of five complimentary items per check.
Beyond the free‑meal mechanic, Chipotle is also unveiling a limited‑edition soccer jersey that will be dispensed through its Rewards Exchange, where only 53 pieces will be minted.
Members of the Chipotle Rewards program can trade ten points for a chance to win one of those jerseys, and the giveaway will remain active through June 24.
Fans who manage to snag a jersey will be wearing more than just team colors; they’ll be sporting a piece of Chipotle’s brand partnership that ties together food, fandom and a dash of scarcity.
